“Sometimes good things fall apart, so greater things can fall together” ~ Marilyn Monroe (and a bit of Cheryl)

After spending 15 years as a writer and editor for prestigious print and online titles in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and India, Cheryl moved to Canada in 2014 and took a break from the corporate world.

It was then that she found the time to explore yoga and through the practice, discovered a mental and physical strength she never knew before.

As a teacher, her classes brim with positivity and smiles as she guides students through strong Vinyasa flows. Connecting breath to movement, each class is a delicate balance of strength, flexibility and coordination.

Fun fact: Polka dots and rainbows always brighten up her day!
