Beat the HOT WEATHER!

THE COOLING BREATH – SHEETALI PRANAYAMA:

STEP 1: Stick your tongue out and curl the sides upwards as shown in the picture above.

STEP 2: Breathe in through the mouth, hold your breath, and then slowly exhale through the nose.

STEP 3: Repeat this procedure 5-10 times and you’ll notice your body temperature cool down.
