Featured HOT YOGA (all levels): This is our featured series suitable for all levels, carefully designed to optimally work all the muscles, ligaments and tendons of the human body. Class starts by slowing down, coming into breath before motion, and then building motion up from the flow of breath, smoothly transitioning from the floor to standing work. Focus will be on strength and balance, as we stretch deeply in the heat.
Postures will be sustained so that the benefits of are achieved on an organic level, and the rhythm of the class will allow each student to find both challenge and release, with modifications offered for all levels and bodies.
Look forward to a long savasana to close the class, and leave feeling restored, rejuvenated, stretched, and worked.

FAT-BLASTING (HOT) YOGA (intermediate): This is a well-designed program that combines fast-paced and energized Yoga moves for fat-burning and flexibility enhancement. This safe, easy-to-follow and fun routine gives your body that strong, lean and fit look. All levels welcome.
ASHTANGA LEVEL 1 (reduced heat | all levels): This class focuses on building upper-body strength with lots of Vinyasa Flows. It provides the foundation in developing your stamina for a full Ashtanga class. Adjustments/Modifications are implemented and the class moves in a slower and modified pace. Come join us and challenge yourself to take the first step towards this wonderful transformation.
DETOX POWER (HOT) YOGA (all levels): This is an Ashtanga based routine that builds stamina, tones body and burns calories. It combines the Hot Yoga postures with proper breathing techniques which help accelerates the detoxification process! All levels welcome.

BELLY DANCE (room temperature | all levels): A natural movement emanating from the torso rather than the legs and feet. Focusing on isolating different parts of the body, take your shoes off and enjoy an intimate physical connection while BURNING CALORIES!!
Belly dance is suitable for all ages and body types. It can be as physically challenging as the dancer or student chooses. Many belly dance moves develop the ability to move various muscle groups independently, increasing flexibility in the torso and back. The bottom line is it is a lot of FUN!

HOT PILATES (all levels): In the Essential Pilates Mat class participants will learn the Five Basic Principles of the Stott Pilates method to build a foundation to move on to the next level. This mat-based workout class is designed to help participants develop leaner, longer muscles, establish core strength and stability, and increase mind-body awareness.
