Parry Mo has over 1000 hours of training in varies forms of movement resulting in an unique and fun Yoga practice. Inspired from his training in Kettlebell, Water Rower, Strength & Conditioning, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Barre and Classic Mat Pilates, he will help you find the connection between your body and mind.

His fascination of movement originated from his early days on his mat and grew during his long hours as an automotive service technician. After 25 years working on the bench, he knows what it’s like to feel tight and tired after a long day. His Yoga practice will help you find a balance between strength, flexibility and mobility, something everyone needs in their everyday life.

With his inherent desire to helping others, kind spirit, and humour he hopes to guide each student into a deeper understanding of their practice.  It is his believe that with each class, you will thrive in your daily life by learning to move your body, free your mind and nurture your soul.
