This is our featured series suitable for all levels, carefully designed to optimally work all the muscles, ligaments and tendons of the human body. Class starts by slowing down, coming into breath before motion, and then building motion up from the flow of breath, smoothly transitioning from the floor to standing work. Focus will be on strength and balance, as we stretch deeply in the heat. Postures will be sustained so that the benefits of are achieved on an organic level, and the rhythm of the class will allow each student to find both challenge and release, with modifications offered for all levels and bodies. Look forward to a long savasana to close the class, and leave feeling restored, rejuvenated, stretched, and worked. |
