Learn the fundamental postures and breathing techniques practiced in ashtanga. Many injuries can be avoided by understanding some key principles of alignment. Learn these simple rules and integrate them into your practice.

What’s covered? Jump backs, jump through and standing sequence.

Learn how to combine the core strength (Bandhas), gazing points (Dristi) and breathing techniques for the practice.

SUN JUNE 28th
What’s covered? Seated postures and pain free back bending, shoulder stand and inversion (headstand and handstand)

Learn the correct technique for the poses and be pain free.
