CORK STUDIO FLOOR
The cork floors in our practice room were chosen from an environmentally friendly point of view as a means of preserving the life of trees. Cork is a natural product that contains anti-microbes which prevent bacteria from entering the floor. It is soft and warm to the touch! This enhances your practice and embraces your movement as you flow!
FILTERED WATER STATION
Our body consists mostly of water so we know how important it is for you to hydrate your body. Our filtered water station carries low PPM water and a neutral pH level. Not only does it taste good, it is also safe!
VOC FREE PAINTS
Most paints contain VOC`s (volatile organic compounds), which is toxic and a cause to pollution. The paint used by Hot Yoga Markham is completely VOC free. Breathing is the main focus of yoga and the most basic human function, breathing supports life and a fit life. HEATING SYSTEM
Hot Yoga Markham uses radiant heat panels to generate the heat in our hot yoga classes.
GREEN CLEANING PRODUCTS
The cleaning products we use at our studio are all environmentally friendly.
NATURAL MAT DISINFECTANT
All of our rental mats are cleaned using fully botanical and hospital-grade disinfectants. The disinfectant is made from plants and uses its essential oils to kill over 99.9% of bacteria.
